Recognizing that scheduling, time and distance often work against maximizing communication and collaboration, we have created SPG Portfolio™ to offer our clients a flexible and efficient virtual environment to support our recruiting and staffing services. Designed to supplement client appointments, we have created additional opportunities for dialogue and decision making and to facilitate scheduling. The services and tools we offer can be used individually or in combination to overcome many of the logistical problems typically encountered during the course of the recruiting and on boarding process and speed to hire. As part of our commitment to providing value, consistency and excellence to our clients, we share the desire to reduce the time and costs associated with the interview process and create an opportunity for significant savings. The Virtual Look Book SPG has the ability to present vetted and edited portfolios in a Real Time Virtual Meeting supported by scheduled video conferencing. The Look Book appointment is designed to allow our client and the SPG Account Manager to review single or multiple portfolios together. Any number of client representatives and locations can be included simultaneously to expedite selection, agreement, approvals and facilitate internal client processes. If desired, candidate interviews can be scheduled and coordinated during the course of the appointment, avoiding calendar conflict and unnecessary circling. Client Guest Services With eight conference rooms equipped with state of the art video and telecommunications capability, we are able to connect in real time with our clients and candidates throughout the country and around the world. As part of our SPG Portfolio services, our clients are welcome to schedule on site interviews in our offices. Our technical team is available to support client requests to schedule video/teleconferencing with their own office during that time. Multiple rooms can be scheduled for round robin interviewing if desired. Courtesy On Boarding Sessions Clients can elect to schedule individual or team video on boarding sessions for candidates through our facilities to conduct orientations and on boarding discussions prior to formally starting. Forms can be filled out, questions answered, documents scanned and returned to HR in one appointment with no interruption of work on the first day. |
